Returns Policy
Indicative Studios does not accept returns at this time. However, if there is a problem with your order, please Contact Us and we will work directly with you to resolve it.
Shipping (Inside the U.S.)
All orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.
Stickers and other lightweight items ship for $1.50. They are shipped as First Class Letters, and do not include a tracking number. Most orders arrive within 4 to 7 days from the time they are shipped. However, if your order has not arrived by two weeks past the ship date, please reach out to let us know.
If you require a tracking number, you will need to upgrade to the USPS Priority Mail option at checkout.
All domestic orders $25 and up include free shipping with a tracking number. These orders will be shipped as either First Class Packages, or Priority Mail depending on weight, and will take between 2 and 7 days from the ship date.
Shipping (International)
All orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. We can ship to any address in the world, excepting the few locations specifically restricted by the U.S. Postal Service. (If you are unsure, please view the USPS website to verify your country.)
International shipping starts at $2.50, and goes up based on weight and location. Stickers and other lightweight items are shipped as First Class Letters, and do not include a tracking number. Most orders arrive within two weeks from the time they are shipped. However, if your order has not arrived by four weeks past the ship date, please reach out to let us know.
If you require a tracking number, you will need to upgrade to the USPS First Class Package International or the USPS Priority Mail International option at checkout.
Express Shipping
Indicative Studios does not offer an Express shipping option at this time. However, if you need your order by a specific date, please Contact Us and we will be happy to let you know if it is possible to meet your request.
